Maximum Capacity

  • Occupancy of the accommodation, both inside and outside, is limited to the number of people indicated in the booking, counting children from 2 years of age and up.

  • Children under the age of 2 who sleep in a cot are not counted for purposes of maximum capacity.

  • We have a high chair and cot on request (1 set per house).

Pets and Tobacco

  • Pets are not allowed. Any questions on this subject should be consulted beforehand.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Equipment in the House, Services and Distribution of the Rooms

  • We offer the full rental of the house with all the necessary facilities.

  • The house has an equipped kitchen, appliances, one large and one small towel per person, hand soap, toilet paper in the bathrooms, and a basic cleaning kit.

  • You can consult the house floor plan and room distribution on the website. Please verify that it meets the needs of the group. Any possible variation must be consulted in advance with the owner.

Obligations During the Stay and When Leaving the House and When Leaving the House

  • It is necessary to deposit and separate the rubbish for recycling in the containers located at the entrance of the house during the stay.

  • Report any material incident that may occur.

  • We would appreciate you make good use of the house, furniture and facilities. Ventilate the house sufficiently during the winter, do not waste electricity and heating, and close windows in case of storms and wind, as well as access doors when not staying in the property.

  • Although the house stands alone, the noise regulations must be respected more strictly after 9:00 p.m. "Disco type" parties with music equipment and loudspeakers that may disturb or endanger the furniture and contents of the house are not allowed inside or outside the house.

  • The sheets and duvets do not need to be removed on the last day. Shower and hand towels can be deposited in the baskets in the bathrooms.

  • The interiors and exteriors must be left tidy, with the kitchen and appliances clean, as well as the utensils, crockery and cutlery. It is also necessary to remove any leftover food and liquids.
